How long are the daily classes?
Classes are between 30-45 minutes. Beginners-30 minutes to fit into your busy routine. Advanced-45 minutes for that extra push because you are ready.
How will I build consistency?
We focus on consistency through structure and accountability. Along with daily guided classes, you will be a part of simple monthly focus challenges designed to help you show up regularly without pressure. The goal is not perfection- it's showing up again tomorrow.

Hi, I'm Shikha Chandok Suneja-a yoga coach, movement guide, and lifelong student of yoga with over a decade of global teaching experience.
Originally from Rishikesh and trained in this beautiful city, I hold a Master's degree in Yoga and have studied under my spiritual master, as well as trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar Yoga. Over the years, I've taught large group sessions, workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions with students from around the world.
Yoga healed me-and that's why I teach it.
